Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide the best quality products sourced from a variety of vendors. Due to the diverse origins of our items, return policies may vary depending on where the product was purchased.
Please check your receipt for the vendor, or reach out to defyboredom@outlook.com for help with returns.
Our main shop is ran through the Threadless Platform. Luckily for you, they come with an entire support team to help with any defective or return issue's you'd need help with!
Eligibility for Return:
We want to be sure you're satisfied with your order, which was custom made especially for you. If your order is wrong, you’re not happy with the prints, or it isn’t what you expected for any reason, the Artist Shop Customer Support team will gladly replace or exchange any items from your order within 60 days free of charge.
Return Process:
Simply reply to your order confirmation email or give us a shout at Shop.support@threadless.com. Be sure to include pictures of your product, along with your feedback.
We have a few items that are carried through our Etsy Shop, which are handmade and shipped directly from our home location. If you purchased an item through our Etsy shop, please review our return policy here.
Eligibility for Return:
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
